New guy from PA with a new car

Hey all! Looks like a great site. Seems to be lots of good tech info! I just purchased a 1978 Pontiac LeMans coupe, and figured that this forum would be a great place to expand my g-body knowledge. I'm not new to wrenching or to old cars but but this is my first g-body. I don't have any pic of my own to post yet (b/c the car isn't even home yet) but here is a link to the C.L. ad. http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/2330361072.html It's a rust free, dent free, granny fresh, 66k mile original, in need of lots of interior work. So any leads on part outs or info on interior part compatibility will be appreciated. Thanks!

I was born an rasied in Lawrenceville, but live out in shaler now.

I plan on driving it daily with the 231 v6 this summer, while i finish my '69 c10. So just tires, wheels, and maintenance for now. I do have a lead on a complete 400 from a '78 trans am, and a BOP short tail th350, though. My friend acquired all that stuff for a swapping into a 79 GP, then sold the car. So now the price is right!

Eversmann: I'm like 3/4 of a mile from you in the Shaler Village neighborhood. That's crazy. You may have seen me rollin' around in a light blue 4 door '73 Buick Century. When i pick up the car this week, I'll let you know, and we can meet up or something. What car do you have?
