Hey I'm a new member and a new owner of an 83 Monte Carlo. I have built a few Mustangs but my wife and I were looking for a car to build together and found a pretty nice 83 that we bought. Ill upload pictures soon.

This is what it looked like when I bought it. I've only replaced a couple minor pieces so far. But did full mad ignition an wires. And doing plugs and a new carb soon I think.

Well from what I'm seeing the more I tear it down is normal 30yr wear and tear covered up with a spray bomb job. I'm not a big Chevy guy so I will probably ask a lot of questions here.
