1. well u can tell the year from the title but judging from the side marker light i would say 84 and up but im pretty sure those were options and the grill looks like an 87 so im going to say its an 87
2. and mostly any seats that came in g godies are interchangable including bench
3. the motor would be a stock 307 if im not mistaken
4. new speakers arent hard at all 2 put in

5. does the car run?

Welcome!

Year and engine size can be told from the VIN number.
It's either a Buick 3.8(231)V6 or an Olds 5.0(307)V8. Open the hood and look.
Is it a 60/40 split bench or a regular full bench? Any G-body bench should of the same sort will be a direct swap.
The wheel lug pattern is 5 x 4.75
Speakers are pretty easy to replace.
It'd be a good idea to have all the brake components thouroughly inspected, as well as a full tune up at minimum before you start driving it.
Tires should be inspected for weather-checking and wear and be replaced if necessary.
Other than that, drive it, and replace what needs replacing...

FWIW, here are my recommendations:
Change all fluids that your ability allows, including engine oil, trans. fluid, coolant, brake fluid, and pwr. steering fluid.
Buy two fuel filters. Change one now, and again after you've run a few tanks of gas thru the system.
Change radiator and heater hoses.
Pull the wheels and check brakes for lining depth and fluid leaks. Inspect brake lines for any serious corrosion or leaks. Sand any rust off rotors and drums.
Clean the battery terminals and both ends of both battery cables.

Get out and drive it. Check fluid levels regularly, and give it a thorough inspection for leaky seals after you get some miles on it. Fix what's broke and enjoy.
The side lights are cornering lights. They come on steady while the turn signal is blinking on that particular side. Their purpose was to illuminate your path into a dark driveway. It was one of those Park Avenue / Riviera options that was made available on a Regal to give it a more upscale feeling.
Gool luck, and post all the questions you like. Lots of help is available here.
Bill

I don't think the cables and vacuum lines would reach. Best leave that alone.

i have another question, btw thanks for all the answers.
i found a pair of 85 monte carlo bucket seats and they have no track on them. if i take the tracks off of my seats can i put them in the regal.
