Hi all. New to the forum. I don't currently have a g-body, but my first car was an 85 monte cl that I bought with my grandfathers help when I was 14 getting Into working on cars to learn what to do. 1 monte quickly turned into stockpiling a total of 12 cars in various stages from parts junker to road ready. I hope to sell my 87 jeep mj comanche soon and get into another monte. Depending how much I get for my truck determines what monte I get but I've been watching the used ads all over my state for when a serious buyer steps up and takes my truck. I'd love to find an awesome deal on my dream monte, 87/88 ss aerocoupe w/ t-tops painted black with gold pinstripe/lettering bandit trans am style lol, but I'm into all montes cl, ls, ss. I even dig them from 70-80 I just like 81-88 best. My name is Gerard just thought I'd introduce myself since the monte obsession is starting again at 31.

Thanks much. I've checked out a few g-body sites and a lot of them are pretty lame and riddled with half-assers. I dig this site and will always love montecarloss.com. Seems to be good knowledgeable people on these 2. And like I said I was a die hard 81-88 monte lover then I got swayed into jeeps and I'm just tired of them. If you can't find an amc era jeep or earlier then you get stuck with some piece of junk that Chrysler cobbled together and then was a used by 5-6 morons by the time you get it. So yeah I'm done I gots the monte fever and the only cure is more cowbell lol
