You're posting the URL from your email, which is this:
https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&ik=8 ... 44832-1&zw
Of course, you will see it because it's cached on your computer. No body else can see that though, it won't show up.
You have to save the picture from your email to your computer, ie. on your desktop, for example. Then you can either attach it to your post, or, upload it to tinypic.com (it only takes a minute, I do it all the time) Go to tinypic.com, choose your file, upload it and it will give you some URLs you can copy. Copy the URL that is between tags and you can just paste that here.
If you're having trouble, email it to me (I'll PM you my email address) and I'll post it here for you.
