new here with 79 Monte Carlo

That car is beautiful! I want a 78-80 Monte so bad! I think they are some of the cleanest looking cars especially in black.

Thanks guys this is my 3rd Monte my 1st was a 79 then a 78 but this 79 is the charm. I bought it from a guy who owned it for 20 years. He added the fully functional side pipes. The only thing i have added is the powder coated rims, wood grant steering wheel, and recently powder coated the side pipe covers black. In the next year i plan on upgrading the engine is has the original 287 right now. And i recently picked up some buckets out of a 3rd gen Trans am GTA im goin to get recovered to match.

Yea im surprised the chrome bumper strips have held up so long. Although chrome is peeling in certain spots.
