New to this forum although not to G Bodies. Just picked up a 79 Malibu sans engine and transmission from two pictures, they are getting so hard to find I couldn't pass up the deal. Hopefully it is as straight as it looks in the picture. I have a LM7 5.3 and 4L60E sitting in the garage ready to transplant to replace whatever engine would have been in there anyway.

The two pictures that won me over.

It's a sweetheart!

This was the last Malibu I built and sold around 2005.

Welcome to the site! Nice work on the Malibu! Good luck with the new build....

looks like a solid car to start w/. What part of TX? Im in Dallas, well my car's there. At the moment I had to make a quick trip back to Fl.

I'm in the mid-cities.

It is a solid car overall, missing a bunch of interior, but no rust, major damage, or drag racing modifications. Buddy brought it to it's new home yesterday.
