Welcome from another '79 (not Grand) LeMans owner! As previously mentioned, the lower panels from a Malibu will work. The "L" shaped ones above it that go up the B pillar will not though as the shape of the 1/4 glass is different.

Ah i see. Well what will work then? hoping to get my car done before July 🙂

Just an FYI 78 to 87 are the same body style in el caminos. 82 + had the 4 headlight style header panel if that is what you are talking about.

Yup, 4 head lamps is the one i like found one near me with a 4 spd and console for $700

It's not that i don't like them just never had the taste for the front end look. never the less All El Caminos are Gnarly!.
One thing with this one the 2-Tone Paint really sticks out just now noticed it has a bed Tarp on it, Could use some bumper chrome but besides that love it. Question : Does it have Air Shocks? Surprisingly low to the ground 😉

You're going to have to find 2dr LeMans/ Grand LeMans /Grand AM interior plastics...

They have a different shape than the Malibu panels...Pontiac ones angle up towards the back.

C Pillar panels are also going to be Pontiac...as pictured below.

Kent here's a Malibu C pillar panel...

Sighty different. I've been told the side window is diffrent, so it only makes sense.
So if the sail panel and the C panels are different, does the lower panel actually fit either Malibu or the Pontiacs?
