Oh yeah nice shop space. Just got a 36x32 myself last month.

im pretty thrilled about it. ive one car in storage and on and off store another at my buddys so im happy to have ample space and now worry about being on somebody elses property.

also has ac, water, electricity.

Man, I could understand you being stoked....having A/C, water, and of course electricity.
I could picture having a lift, a spray booth, shop space with a blast cabinet, hydraulic press, drill press, lathe, milling machine, etc....the sky's the limit. You could never have enough space.

I don't have a/c but I do have heat. Guess it depends on where you live.
