Giving up my lease on a rice burner in a few months. Found this beauty at a car show a couple of weeks ago, made an offer and now have a new daily driver! I have attached a few pics and look forward to sharing the build progress on this new garage mate to my '65 Pontiac 2+2 421HO 4-speed tripower.

305 w/ 600 cfm Performer carb, electric choke, SB-Chevy 262-400ci Performer intake, KNN-66-140XP X-Streem Flow Top, HEI Distributer w/Super coil, Hooker headers, B&M Shifter, TorqThrust II wheels w/ 275/50R15 & 23560R15. More details to follow as research continues.

My Monte is a 1984. I have been told that the blue interior was available only in 1983 and 1984. The previous owner replaced the entire interior including the headliner, carpet and added insulation to the floor boards and firewall to reduce sound and heat intrusion. Thanks to everyone for the kind comments.

Nice Monte, but I LOVE 65 2+2s back when they were new,my baddies mom traded in her 64 Malibu SS for a black 65 2+2. Loved them ever since
