Welcome to the site.
That is one clean, well loved Monte Carlo.

I have fond memories of riding in several '65 Pontiac 2+2's back in the day. One Tri-power 4-spd, a 4-spd 4-bbl convertible, and an automatic 4-bbl coupe. The 4-spd Tri-power would smoke the tires for blocks...but once it hooked up, it was one fast Poncho.

Your 2+2 is a beauty. I always liked the optional 10-bolt wheels.

Looks like a great car to diverify into the G-body world with.

Dig the Poncho too!

Very very nice monte as the others have already said! That car has been well taken care of by the looks of it!

Love the poncho power as well. My grandma had a 59 catalina with the 389 in it....for as big as it was it would scoot! Miss that car.

Welcome from KY by the way, look forward to getting sucked into the threads and all of us bugging for pics along the way lol!

Welcome to the site from Houston. Cool cars!

Welcome from Iowa! I'd kill to have a 2+2 that clean. Always loved the GTO's bigger brother.

Additional research on my '84 Monte...The 350 transmission has been replaced with a 200_4R. Service documents reveal a 3.73 POSI rear and the AC has been converted to R134. Here is the build sheet that was found under the rear seat when the interior was replaced...
