engine budget probally under 1k, and is the 700 bolt in, what would i need to look for if i swap one in?

The 700 is not a "direct" bolt in, but it doesn't take much. The croosmember will need to be modified and you may have to put in a floor shifter. If you're on an extreme budget than I would stick with the 200 becuase of avalibility of junk yard parts.
