Welcome aboard Danny!
That does look like a nice clean Regal. What are your plans for it besides drive it?

neat

How do you know if it's a deluxe gauge package?
The basic 1981-1983 regals had 3 brushed aluminum gauge settings on top, spread from left to right - fuel, speedo, and either a clock or a clock delete consisting of a circle of radiating hash marks. On either side of where the column entered the dash was woodgrain trim surface.

On the optional gauge pkg you got two more silver faced square pods - one for coolant temp, one for voltage.

If you ordered a t-type/sport coupe you automatically got the 5 pod, except volts was replaced by a multi color boost gauge.

Interesting thing is, behind all of the speedo cluster plates, regardless of what gauge setup you ordered/received, the HOUSING for your gauges (blue plastic) has 5 square pods ready to accept additional gauges. All you're missing is the wiring and such to hook them up.
