Are there any projects/tasks/duties that you guys do annually? Or maybe something you did just because it's a new year?

-I always purge useless photos from my phone then back them up to my laptop around the first of every year. Also back laptop photos to a hard drive that lives in my safe.
-We made a huge Goodwill pile that I'm dropping off in the morning.
-Spent all day yesterday burning backup CDs of music that's been living an an old laptop for years. I know I could have just put it all on an external hard drive (which I did) but my OCD requires separate physical storage.
-Cleaning the garage when I get done working over at my dad's place later today. Hopefully I'll be able to see my pickup again when I'm done.

I will be looking for a little cheapy MG or something similar.

I was a little 2 seater drop top zippy car that I can wear a fancy hat and goggles in!

New Year's Resolutions.
1) When I notice that I am the only one in the house still awake, close down YouTube, let go of the mouse, and just go to bed.
2) Back up the computer so all those photos I have taken or saved and carefully curated are not lost to the Ethernet.
3) Load up Turbotax and face the music. Not on April 14.

My 3+ week Christmas/New Years vacation is my break from the gym/rigours of work - it allows certain things to heal that don't otherwise get a chance. The funny thing is my general activity level skyrockets due to the long days in the garage - so I tend to lean way out and lose weight.

Back to the grind on Monday... gotta bulk back up if I want to hit a 1RM of 300lbs this year on the ol' bench press. That is my project.

As always pushing 10yr old paperwork through the shredder, this usually takes at least 2-3 days.

No New Years projects. Only indoor and outdoor projects. During the recent deluges I went about converting all my indoor lighting to LED. The price has plummeted and I just love 5000k daylight temperature light. Between deluges I have been fixing my transmission since there has been no snow and not much freezing either. I'm sure the hammer will drop soon enough but I am glad I waited for cold weather. NO BUGS!
