i have replaced all of the components to my distributor im my 88 olds cuttlass 307 and now im getting no spark and i just cant make sense of it I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pull the red wire out of the distributor cap, check and see if it has power when the key is turned to the run position...does it?

Make sure that you installed the ground strap for the coil and the ground wire for the module.

yes it is getiing power and yes i have the ground strap in and sucured

Next up, pull the cap back off and make sure that you plugged in all of the connections on the module, check and make sure the rotor is turning when the engine is turning over...

Did you remember the button that goes under the coil? Its the contact between the rotor and the coil.

So, when you say you replaced everything....what all does that include? Everything, like cap, rotor, coil, module, pick up coil? Was the car running before this?

yeah all of that and yes it was but then the pickup coil went
