I got no gas. I got the racetronix fuel pump harness http://www.racetronix.com/RX-G7-FPWHG.html ,
the mallory 4309 return style regulator, a pressure gauge and it'll all be going to a Qudrajet (for now). I'm not using anything that has to do with my ECU anymore. Well when I turn my key on I get a really short, like two second aprox 5psi shot of fuel then nothing. WHY??? Is there something else I need to do for my fuel pump to keep it running without the computer? The way I understood it the harness should of take care of it but maybe I'm wrong. Also what do fuel pressure regulators come factroy set at?

how is the harness wired? are sure you're using a constant key on power? some pumps (mainly factory but...) run for 2 sec to build up pressure before starting then run constant once the car starts.
for the factory pressure setting you need to ask the manufacturer but 5psi will run the car. i believe 6psi is ideal for a carb.

I'm not sure but the harness I got was a stight plug and play and pluged into to pump side then into the car side and ran up to the alt.. Basicly thats what it does, runs for like 2 secs then no more. Do you know what color the switched wire is so I can maybe hook it to a direct ignition wire???
