No shift TH350

So i pulled the governor and this is what i found. The nylon teeth looked mashed not worn away. the governor was also pretty tough to pull out. anyone seen this before?

Not mangled like that, but I did have a couple go copput on me and caused a no shift condition similar to what you describe, might want to drop the pan to see if you have any other shrapenal in there, doesn't look good.
