What model Speedo Box are you using? SBI100BT shows to work on tach and speedo for OEM gauges. I might call Dakota Digital and see what they recommend.Kinda leaning in that direction, Like the option of using my OEM gauges.

I did a similar conversion to the link below on my 86 442.I dropped a 2005 Tahoe 5.3 in my Hurst. Looks and runs great. However is there a way to hook up Tach and Speedo to the factory rally gauges. I got all the gauges to work (oil, fuel, temp) but not the Tach and speedo. A friend who did the work says the only option is a Dakota Digital Dash, or a digital/analog converter box., and the tach would require a similar tach converter box as well. Are these the only options? I want to keep the factory gauges and looking for option if any.
What setting did you use the Holley speedo output? What computer are you using? Factory or Holley? Holley hooks right up to the tach no issues.
I didn't hook my Holley up to my speedo, but I did my hook it up to my tach. What setting did you use the Holley speedo output?
