If you are not getting any fuel or spark right after a cam swap, my first question is, Have you turned the motor over to make sure the rotor button is spinning? Trying to confirm that the cam itself is actually rotating.

X2.

Did you make sure you put the timing chain back in  Just kidding

Re: No Spark or Fuel

Yea the rotor is spinning. I took a wire and put one end on the BATT+ wire on the dizzy and put it to the positive batt terminal and nothing happened. WTF.

Maybe a bad ignition module. They have been known to go at the most random times. I had one go bad right after doing a tune up.

Check for spark...also make sure that the dizzy plugs are engaging with the male end and not bending it behind the plug...as far a the fuel issue fuel pump push rod like someone said before and make sure you are not out of gas and the you have the fuel line on the right ends.

What have you isolated as not being the problem....you need to take voltage readings from the wire feeding the hei, first with the ignition on, then check it while it is turning over. you should have very close to the same voltage as the battery with the ignition on and it will most likely fall as far as 10 something volts when turning over(if it falls below that the starting system may be draining the power too much for the hei to produce spark)....if you have that it may just be your ignition module. if it is the latter make sure you have reconnected all the grounds to the frame(i auctually had a very simular problem where i had a grounding strap that had rusted in two....this was right after i changed carbs) Have you checked to see if fuel squirts when you open the throttle....

Re: No Spark No Fuel

I looked under the hood today and my vac lines arent hooked up. I forgot where they go. I just bought a brand new Holley 750 Double Pumper w/ Dual Feed. I have a vac hose coming from the dizzy/ a vac line coming from the trans(350). On the carb it has 2 plugs for vac hose. One on the lower part (the base). 1 on the passenger side next to the fuel bowl. Where do I hook the vac hoses?

Okay I checked my wires and I m getting power to the dizzy power on and while cranking. I keep checking my fuel pump and no fuel. I just poured a whole gallon of gas in the tank. No fuel getting throught the mech f.p.. to the carb. What could be the problem? Even when I pour a little gas in the carb. Still nothing. Everything is turning. Crank, cam and all. Im going crazy trying to figure out.

are you sure the fuel pump rod is on the eccentric? If so try filling up the fuel bowl through the vent tube, i have a squeeze bottle, or a small funnel will work...the car should start quickly and the fuel pump should start workingThey work on a vaccum and don't need charged
