red or black? hmm....whats worse? i want to see what the por 15 looks like once it dries. i really wanted a painted frame but then again i also want to marry a super model..... cant have it all

just put a towel on your jack/stands. saves paint.

Por 15 is ok for rusty stuff, but you've already blasted and primed your frame, rendering Por 15 useless. I personally have not been impressed with it and do not like how it looks. Seeing this stuff brushed all over is just about the most amature looking thing you can do.

Use Eastwood's ceramic chassic black paint, you'll be much happier with the results.

you must have had some bad stuff or something. i brushed it on to half of my frame and it looks like it was professionally painted with absolutly no brush strokes. it really looks good. the reason to use it is that the stuff dries hard as rock and is super durable which is needed on a undercarridge. not to mention it will prevent any future rust.

I've used it on several projects at work all with various levels of success. It has turned out half decent on several occasions, but more often than not it looks like *ss and ends up flaking off over time (yes, I'm using it properly). To me it just seems like a band aid fix when chances are that a proper repair procedure would end up with better results. And like mentioned before the sensitivity to u.v. damage is pretty lame, and it fades fast.

The only thing I'll use it on is painting the insides of floor braces before welding in new floor pans.
