Well, that was a long time ago. Since then I ripped the engine apart and put it back together. I never did pin point the problem but after the overhaul its not leaking any.
Now I have another problem where it hesitates when hitting the throttle when cold or after idling a couple of minutes. I'm going to get a carb kit and see if that helps.
