What headers will work for this 425 and the g body?
I think only the expensive DMR and ARH are the only ones, I believe. I think the Hooker set that wrap around the frame are discontinued. The W/Z manifolds are fine for a mild build.
 
I ran the 200 4r behind mine for a few years till it lost 4th gear, then I installed a TKO-600 5 speed. These cars are so much more fun with a manual but I autocross and road course mine..
Those are expensive. Well my buddy is suppose to go get the motor for me Wednesday. Will the Th200 4 r bolt up to it?

Yes, the 2004R is dual bolt pattern. Pretty sure the 330/425 flex plate bolts right on.

I have a 2004R converter and 330 flex plate, I will check.
 
I actually compared it to a 350 flex plate. There is one extra hole on the later flex plate but the 3 holes where the flex plate bolts to the converter are in the same spot. They may need enlarged a little bit, slightly smaller on the 330 flex plate, Standard vs Metric.
