this past week in Boston it's been in the mid-upper 90's w/80-90% humidity.oppressive is correct.getting a decent break this weekend/week.
Does the average building there have a cooling system or is never an issue? I'm ignorant.In Iceland it's 55f and I'm sweating, houses here are so crazily insulated !! I couldn't work in anything over 70f !!
