Outer floor pan body mount and seat belt reinforcement????

u ould also probably cut an access hole to redo just where the body mount bolts to the floor and the add a completely new rienforcement panel to the topside of the floor. its under the carpet anyway.

As long as were the cage nut is resting and seat belt anchor is solid and its safe it dosent really matter how it looks, like you said its under the carpet any way. Just make sure you cut back to clean metal so that your welds stick.
