Partial fuse box down

I'm have the same issue my fuel pump is wired the same way. I was trying to wire a fan switch and now the fuel pump won't turn on with the ignition. But I'm using the Ford solenoid. I'm not sure what I'm looking for everything else works. Didn't even get that far with the fan put in new connectors and it all stopped working. I'm not the one the originally wired the car.

did you connect the two wires with the fusible link to the side of the solenoid along with the cable from the battery?

Ya I think so I'm gonna try and get you a picture. I was poking around with my multimeter up front and found that there is a fuse link on just about every wire coming off the junction.

The one with the maxi fuse is in the truck the blue wire is the new fuse link. The other one is the front and looks like every wire coming off is a fuse link

you cannot use a fast blow fuse as a fusible link, a fusible link is made so it can heat up without blowing. Also without knowing where those wires in the pictures come from and go to it doesn't help to figure out the problem

The fast blow is for the fuel pump. There was a rely that would just randomly stop working. So I replaced that with the fast blow. That was a few years ago. The blue wire is the fuse link

a relay and a fuse are not interchangable

Ya I'm not using them that way it's just getting power off the block.

I was told do wire it that way by the guy who built the thing. That was done like 10 years ago. It may not have been a relay. It's been a long time
