I've never restored a car without an engine, but I've restored ones with far more body work than that and interior work too. It can certainly be saved and it's a neat car with that sunroof.
I am in west-central Ohio. This car wasn't on CL. It sat in the owners driveway for 11 yrs and was sold about a year ago. That buyer sold it on payment plan to another guy who only made five payments on it. It was then repo'd and sold to the scrapper that I bought it from. I have a clear Ohio title from the original seller. If anyone cares to make an offer, my zip is 45883.
If you're seriously considering selling it, you might want to post some more pics of the interior, floors, frame, and any other rust prone areas. Just a thought.
It does look too good to part out. Hopefully it goes to a good home, and someone who has the knowledge and resources to do a proper restoration.
