Passing smog

What’s up I have 1984 regal that can’t pass smog the emissions is to high any recommendations?

It would help if we knew which engine you have. Each engine option has different low emission packages.

Calif got smart on that and now when you order a CAT it's either 49 state (cheap) or Calif.($$); built to OEM or better

Just checked Summit, they have only 2 Cats for 86 Cutli, all flavors, one is direct fit. Didn't see anything on the first page but when you click on 'applications' and scroll down, they have disclaimers stating neither is for sale for cars registered in CA or NY, etc..
Here's what O'reilly sells in CA. How 'bout them prices?
