I think Im going to try for antique plates for my cutlass here soon. Since Im putting a E block 400 in it I wont have any emissions but I could put a set of high flow cats on it if need be.
For general consumption, PA has a "year of manufacture" license plate law; for cars built before 1974 (or thereabouts, been awhile since I looked) if you can find a PA license plate from that year *and* have either antique or classic registration, you can use the plate on the car ... kicker is that it's entered into the system as a vanity plate -- part of the application is to use the online vanity plate checker to see if the license plate number is available ... so you probably can't get Antique or Classic *plates* with a vanity message
