Pinion seal keeps leaking

Thanks...The rear was just rebuilt, so i will try checking the housing surface and grease the seal not oil...Maybe the third time will be a charm..
 
well it cost me 92.00 so, 50? it is heavy so shipping might be alot

If it was just rebuilt then why are you replacing the seal and not the one who rebuilt it?. When you replaced it the first time how did you check to make sure the yoke was tight enough but not over tightened. And if it was me if this is the second seal that is leaking I'd be tearing the rear end apart to see what the problem is and take up beermonkey on the deal for the that kit. You won't find a better price.
