posi I.d. help

I just picked up an auburn posi unit from my friend he said it was a 7.5 with 373 I just wanted to check if it will work for my car but the only number on it is US 4612825 and 09E2 can some here help me out to see if this is for a 7.5

According to Google it's an Auburn 2-series 26 spline. You'll have to verify the spline count and the gear ratio yourself.
