I did use two passenger side seats, but that's because I have a console. If you don't have a console, you can use both the driver and passenger seats.

No, not all. Cheaper models like LeSabre may or may not. Some Park Avenues don't have passenger power. Unfortunately, these models are getting scarce. Cadillac and Olds have the same power seat tracks. Someone has a power seat track for sale in parts for sale here. You can buy those units for $50 or so at a u-pull-it.
