Power to block?

Pretty sure one red to fuse block, other to ignition switch

I have power to block with just one hooked up and motor will crank. I don’t have any lights though so I thought maybe the other one powers the lights?

Update on the two red wires that are in fuse block plug. One supply’s power to fuse block the other supplies power to lights.

there is one that supplies constant power for the lights, horn power locks and truck etc and the other supplies switched power...
