if you look at the diagram I posted you'll see the connection between the switches. By your description of the problem I suspected it is the drivers right window switch and that is why I posted the diagram

I am ordering a new switch. Hopefully that fixes it as I really don't want to start tracing wires.

I received my new switch, installed it and everything works now. Thanks to everyone for the responses.
