What is "56k obliteration"?

LOL you must be young. Before broadband internet 56k was "dial-up" modem speed and it would take minutes per picture to upload. That's how long doober has been working on his car 🙂

Congrats on getting another project in-house to work on Doober. Hope you get it done soon.

GREAT to see you are still at the bu!!! 8) not sure if you mentioned it before or not over on MR,but if you decide to eliminate the landau pillars,id be interested in buying/bartring for them 😀 please keep me in mind!

Good lookin Bu. This has me wanting to work on mine now.

Haha - senior moment on my part! I've had a cable modem for about twenty years now and totally forgot about dial up.

Thanks for the kind words 😀 I rarely get on here lately (haven't frequented forums as much in the past few years), it's slowly coming along. I've put the rest of the suspension together + torqued it, and finally drove it for the first time a few weeks ago. I also aligned it (best I could, ran out of caster for the passenger side and discovered I need an outer tie rod end) and took it to one of the local shows on temporary tags. Once I have it more road-worthy I'll get insurance and actual registration (collector car insurance = no emission tests in AZ).
