Isnt it kinda hard to sell parts when Brian wont return emails or phone calls :?:
Just sayin...
Guy

I see that there are correct color molded seat belt restraints sold by g-body vendors in tan, blue, gray, black and claret but none of them are maple or sand gray for Hursts.
I get tons of requests for these from people looking for parts for their Hurst Olds.
They do not want painted ones.

Aluminum core support? - would be a huge seller, not sure why there is an aftermarket steel one... use the same tool with aluminum.

Aluminum hoods with the correct popup and hinge springs?
Aluminum deck lid?
Urethane front and rear bumper cover with correct yellow backing?
Console top pads?
Console arm rest/buckets with correct vacuum metalized trim? Not sure if that what you meant by riser.
Correct seat and door panel material?

Mike all you commented have been thought about except for the guides, that's easy fix.

Aluminum reinforcements were made for the regal to test the market, raw material tooling and the shearing and cutting process is different and 5x more cost. I about fell over when I received FOB from the mfg.

RIM process....( rapid injected molding) is the process which is similar if not the same as you mention for the cutlass is under process for the Monte Carlo Ss covers already. We are having a problem with expansion of the material causing bad fit, and we won't release it until correct. Once we get the mystery figured out we will start other brands like cutlass. It may even be a different material like modern day bumper covers just to give us an alternative......compared to nothing. Need to keep testing.

We looked at tooling for door panels, waaaaayyybto expensive since it would need to be injection molded. I would need to buy 1000 lower door panels off the bat at a stupid price to pay the tool. Hard to convince management to make that investment in inventory. Me and Brian have approached all other main distributors in the USA to help take on the investment of inventory at COST and no one will take the chance. Goodmark and GBP can't take on this on their own.

Console arm rests are sold by GBP and mikes montes.

Console risers are the lower two pieces of console that always break, they have the correct vacuumized stripe as factory around the second level riser. I put the order in today, will be arriving soon in all the colors including a bare abs so one can paint as they wish

I'd consider workin for brian Its quite the move from buffalo though. ..

I know & at 7:30 today it was 73* How was Buffalo this morning? 🙂

Guys We are at a pretty busy season & can't answer all the calls we get. The first Monay we hooked up the phone system we still had 188 calls missed. I did't believe people when they said they couldn't get threw to us. So new Phone sytem has helped alot. It has really increased e-mails . Nice thing is I can help 20-30 people an hour myself via e-mail & maye 4 on the phone. I have a bad tendancy to want to listen about cars but that is why I enjoy the business.
E-mails work great. I will still call but it is nice to have a lot of information so we do not keep you hanging on hold.

Guy I am still waiting to hear back on the wiper motor covers. 10 calls from me & I have no answer yet.

All the parts listed were not only test fitted by Toby but by myself as well. This has eaten up alot of my time to be able to call you back. While I have employees who can do a lot of the work it is me putting my blessing on the fitments as well as Toby.

I have the seat belt guide samples setting here for Tan, Burgundy, Maple & sand. Failed all these twice so far & probablly will these as well.
Toby we need to have a discussion about these during our next chat. They may need to go where the shifter handles are.

I was referring to an Aluminum Radiator Core Support, not bumper core supports and not plastic lower door panels but the correct fabric material for seats and upper door panels.
Thanks
