Okay, here's the deal: The previous styles are once again up and running, I think. I need to do some tweaks on both the light/dark versions bc I had to essentially rebuild them from the ground up 😓 from the old data... and its not all there still.

You can select them from the style picker, way way down below in the lower left. look for "GBF XIV" either the light or dark versions. I will at some point real soon switch this back to the default, but not until I get all the bugs worked out. There are other weird things happening, images/avatars mysteriously not displaying, etc. but I don't think there's any real show-stoppers.

I'll be working on it.

I don't know enough to know if there are any bugs or not. All I know is the site looks different. I'm old and don't really like change however, I do like the new look.

GP403 all I can see that is broken is the refresh now link it is not a link for me. I can check the box for auto refresh but the rest of the stuff there is not working.

Mr sony you can change that all the way down at the bottom.

SeaMonkey, scrollbars work on the home page but disappear when I go to look at a thread. Firefox works fine.

Laggard SeaMonkey often gets lost on newer sites. Reporting as a curiosity. 🤣

Like I said, its already there again, I just need to test a few things fully and re-do some customizations I'd made before switching it back to the default.

If you scroll aaaaallll the way down to the bottom of the page, you'll see "Default Style" hit that and you can (I think) choose between the "GBF XIV" either the Dark or Light variant.

It’s spotty though. It started doing it on my phone. I changed apps, came back and scrolling works again.

On my Mac it’s essentially completely disabling the scroll wheel. I can’t even scroll the text box I’m typing in.

Well I figured out that on my iPhone at least, you can pinch zoom the page and then you’re able to scroll around again.

So there’s that.

I'm going to push the "GBF XIV" back out as the defaults probably tomorrow. Looks like maybe the bugs are working themselves out via caching weirdness that I can't control.

New TODO List:

• The controls on the "stats" panel on the home page don't work.
• strange intermittent failures (like the scroll bars), I'm watching and listening.
• ???
