Tractors and skidsteers count too :p
I am down to one of each.
Love the father/son project. He can start driving it at 14.
Luke has a lot of interest in what dad is doing out in the shop. This way he has something to call his own. Maybe he will not turn into a lazy gamer kid? We spent 3.5 hours out there tonight stripping the Crown Vic.

Me and Luke are a little bit anxious to get started. So we did.

we worked on it for three hours yesterday night and a hour and a half tonight. Even though I was not really ready to cut the roof off yet. Luke really wanted to see it with out a roof. So off It came. Here is a side by side picture of the car and truck together.

Eventually they will become one hopefully. This morning I got back to the siding project I started last fall. Half way done. North and west sides are done.

I hired a couple guys to over haul my house three years ago. Addition, new roof, new windows, new doors, new furnace, and new AC unit. Well they did not house rap the house like I wanted when they replaced the siding. That was a hole feascal we don't need to get into. Anyways I am taking the siding back off, fixing the problems, adding insulation were needed, rapping the house, and putting the siding back on. And yes the more you look the worse it gets. I could write a book about what is wrong with this one wall alone. Never hired work done before and probably never will again! So there is my weekend update.

I got a couple days work into my house project and a few hours in Luke's car. I am ashamed of the Carpenters I hired.

Why would you cover this up knowing it is that way? I even told them something is wrong with that wall. So I went down that rabbit hole! Got it fixed up now. I lucked out and the floor joists run the long ways.

I am a little further along than this picture. Should be ready to rap this wall this weekend and move on to the next one. We got the roof took off the Crown Vic.

I have been working on getting the new radiator put in.

You can see how mangled the old one is and the condenser. This car got ditchbanged hard. Guy was drunk and ran off the road. Then he abandoned the car and ended up in prison for something. What ever is supposed to mount to the bottom of the radiator is gone and the fan shroud is broken up. So basically yes I bought a 80 dollar radiator just so I can drive it around with it stripped down. 🤦‍♀️
