My next purchase is a bushing and a bodymount kit for my frame off El Camino project. Is there a difference? Prothane is a bit cheaper. I am also leaning toward red colored bushings. I think they look cool.

think really its only a price difference.when i had my frame off my 86 elco i went trough the whole suspension(only way to do it!)after the por-15 i installed new body bushings, went with prothane on these, and everything else energy suspension, front and rear control arm bushings, tie rod boots, bushings, uper&lower balljoints.dust boots, etc along with my f41 suspension upgrade and kyb gas shocks front and back.i went with the red to accent my red detail im following thru on the cruck.looks great, also opted to replace all body bushing hardware also, bolts, the kit came with washers.got my body bushings for 75.00 shipped through jegs.

I ended up buying energy suspension hyperflex plus body mount because energy supplies the hardware for the body, and red btw.

body mount bolts too huh? thats good to know.

Actually the bolts are all you WILL need to supply with the energy kit. The prothane kit has no washers or sleeves, and counts on you supplying/reusing ALL your own stuff.
