Questions about my motor

Im doing the swap from the chevy 305 to 350 in my 83 cutlass and had a few questions about what some things were and where they would route to on the 350. The first picture i dont know where all that would route to and the second image i dont know what the circular rubber thing is. It has a cable coming out hooking up to the carb.

Im doing the swap from the chevy 305 to 350 in my 83 cutlass and had a few questions about what some things were and where they would route to on the 350. The first picture i dont know where all that would route to and the second image i dont know what the circular rubber thing is. It has a cable coming out hooking up to the carb.

The first picture is the evap canister and the second is the cruise control servo/actuator. If you use a Quadrajet it is easy to hook that stuff back up. If it were me, I would keep those parts intact.

Ive got a 1406 600 cfm edelbrock carb on my 350. And i can plug the stuff off from the evap canister right? Whats the thing above it in the pic.where The spedometer is hooked up to
