I would suggest that you call them on Monday. They don't have offices full of people taking orders and answering emails.
Not making excuses for them, but they have several very large buildings where the manufacturing is done and a showroom with tech support.
That's what I saw anyway.
I'm sure you'll get it sorted out once you speak with someone.
Maybe the email is in your, or their spam folder....

Try contacting them through ebay. I literally just talked to them the other day on there and just typed them again yesterday because I haven't received the brakes that was suppose to come with the housing and axles. Housing came Monday and axles came wendsday so I'm hoping maybe the brakes will be here monday.

I have dealt with them and no issues. Good communication. The Covid is way slowing up shipping and they may be working half shifts. Call them tomorrow

Finally some good news, they shipped part of my order, only thing missing is the entire housing, hoping that comes soon, but I haven't gotten any notifications saying additional items shipped
