No antenna adapter needed. It will plug right in to the stock antenna wiring as it's a universal part. The last car I did that needed an adapter was a 1991 Nissan Maxima that had some very odd two pronged antenna wire.

i installed my radio today and its come out pretty nice, i got my power source from my lighter and it works perfect, i am sill using my stock speakers until i get my new ones but my pioneer makes even my stock speakers sound pretty good
 
If you can find a Regal with the Concert Sound II stereo, you can put door speakers in with a factory looking set of grilles. I have only seen 2 or 4 cars with it, so good luck finding it, but they are out there. I have it for mine and plan to use it after the car is painted.
