Jeff Matlock, you’re looking probably at several thousand for the full custom route. They’d almost certainly be machined billet aluminum, as creating all new castings or stampings would be prohibitively expensive. Plus, you’ve got to factor in the design work and CAD programming for the machine. I’d guess you’re looking at about $4-5 grand all in on the full custom route. I could be off, but it’s going to be a chunk of change regardless.

I don't really know what you'd be looking at as far as pricewise, but it more than likely won't be cheap.... I'd find a local car custom shop in your area and inquire if they or a shop they know has a aluminum cnc machine that could make some....
 
Those caps have different mounting tabs the "blazer" has the locking tab on the outside to fit inside the hub hole.

The El Camino has the tabs that lock into a spring clip that is welded to the rim.
