Here's an idea on "custom" wheels, do like what Pontiac did for the Firebird for one year between '70 to '73 (can't remember which year exact). They put the center section of a 14" wheel into a 15" outer. If one of those wheel companys that can make a wheel wider should be able to pull it off. Not sure how trim rings would fit or what would work. Be way cheaper than total custom made wheels.
