if you consider a 640hp supercharged motor thats prepels a 3352lbs ZR1 Corvette thru the traps at 11.1sec @ 132mph...

... you're not that far off with a 3500-3700lbs.
I betting you'd be quicker if you were closer to the weight of the Vette.

I think you need to go hunt some Ferrari's and exotics

not taking anything away from 79loserbluebu but those corvettes are only running a 3.42 rear...

I'm jealous..I'm in search of that 11 second range as well..MY best so far is 12.47..Your car is flying..Can you post your specs on that setup??? 8)

Actaully the car only weighs 3400lbs but those ZR1s are outstanding.

It's a stock bottom end LQ4
TR224 cam 224/224 .561/.561, 112lsa
PRC 243 heads with .675 springs
Stock 6.0L headgaskets
LS6 intake, P&P throttle body, 85mm maf
FLT 4L60E Level 4
Yank 3600
8.5", 3.73s
3400lb, full interior

Nice job... that's one of the best things about building your car how you want to build it.....

NICE!!! Everytime I see a ls powered g body running really well i get so jealous. My mild 383 in an elco probably wont run 11's. What kind of power do you suppose your motor is making? Also, if you dont mind can you give me a round about figure on what the swap cost? If you dont want to say thats fine too!! Love the car man!!!

Ever check to see what kind of mpg you get?

Awesome man! Nice times, I really need to get my *ss to a track.

My goal is to hit 11.50 now just to stay right above the NHRA time cutoff for a cage.

if you get to fast just take it to US-41 ( it now has another name I cant remember but it will always be 41 to me. ) they are not so strict with tech.
