Reading lights in rearview

i got mine from a newer dodge neon at the yard for $5 or so. id get a new one and just tap into your door lights if you wanted to go that route

i traced them all, one goes to a ground connection, the other two are spliced into the orange & white wires.

I pulled one off of a 97 Camaro along with the harness do you tap into the door switch? Another ?? the mirrors with the compass and temp are they self contained or do they rely on the body control module?

its basically the door switch, yeah. as for the temp and compass, no clue

Yeah that would be cool to try because i certainly need more light on the interior.

I've got a rearview mirror with dual map lights for sale. Just listed it in the classifieds. It was out of a 90's Caprice/Impala. Has a tiny wear mark on the mirror part but other than that its in great condition. Was going to use it in my Regal but i ended up getting a polished billet mirror instead.
