rear disc brakes?

what cars have a direct swap rear disk brakes for my 79 cutlass?

Unfortunately, none. Fortunately, it's not all that difficult to swap the f-body rear disc to the g-body rear. The f-body drum rearend is setup the same as our g-body rearends so the procedures here would be the same.
