Rear Disk conversion trouble

DOH! That is correct. I forgot about the combination valve. The TA disc/disc valve is also easy to get and use. But a large bore master is still a good idea for these cars. My old Malibu wagon had a tiny bore which gave very easy pedal effort while causing way too much pedal travel. I prefer more effort with less travel like a 1-1/8" bore gives.
Yeah it stops no problem now. Just a ridiculous amount of pedal travel, especially with the booster hooked up. I'm glad to hear that that is common with that master and not another mess up on my part.
Like I mentioned before, it has a Disk/Disk proportioning valve in it now. I put it in before any of this started.

Unfortunately don't have the e-brake kit for it yet
You can probabaly do it manually, but I believe pontiacgp is alluding to the same thing I am. The pistons kind of ratchet in with the e-brake to get the proper pad to rotor clearance. Otherwise, your pushing the piston full travel before it makes contact. Cycle the e-brake mechanism on each side a few times, bleed til your heart's content, and it should stop much better.
