I just finished puting a new 383 stroker, th400 transmission, and a new rear end in my 87 Cutlass Supreme but I was wondering if anyone could help me with how to get the rear suspension to sit higher for that aggressive stance. Is it bigger springs? Air lifts? what. Thanks for the help. Pete

Hey Pete..I see your new to the forum. People here have been sooo helpfull to me and Im sure they will be the same to you..I actually just put new springs in my regal that I bought from a fellow member and I got like a 3 inch lift..So with my experience and wich is not much lol springs will help. I might be wrong but im sure if I am I will be corrected right away 🙂

Easy, just lower the front end that way you don't end up with something that looks like it's straight out of the '70's. 😉

this is how my GP looks with stock springs infront, and B-body springs in rear. Upgraded KYB shocks.

What's up gbody forum I'm new to the site I have a 83 cutlass I'll be posting some pics of it as soon as I figure out how too....there a couple ways of changing the height to the rear you can change the springs, do air shocks, or stuff the coils you have with knuckle boosters but it will stiffen your ride a bit or put a rear spacer that goes under your stock springs you can find those on eBay.

😵 hatin on the good times... i just put moog CC651s on my car ontop of having 275/55 r15s which gave it a lift and Im thinking about putting drop springs on the front maybe from that detroit sponsor... and another thing is that the tires in my rear are too small my sidewall is the lolz whats 55% of 275 mm.... TINY and ontop of that i plan on putting a smaller sidewall tire on the front... the springs gave me about an inch lift they were 60 bucks a pop... and they feel pretty good... and if you do replace the springs keep in mind dont judge them for a couple of days for some reason springs take time to settle into their correct position... good luck with gettin dat *ss of the floor

Thanks to everyone for the advice. For my first post I am very surprised at all the help you all have provided. Apparently this forum has a great group of members. Thanks! 😀
