Hey, everyone I have a 1982 cutlass supreme t top coupe. 454 swap I did last year, and a 700r4 transmission. Looking for some advice on what I should do for the rear end, currently running a 7.5 10 bolt Chev rear end with 3.73 gears possi. Wondering if this will hold up to my engine and transmission. 515hp on the engine dyno and 550 ft lbs tq also on engine dyno. Haven't got on the car to hard and just running radial TAs 275 60 15 because I haven't done any caging or anything yet. Any suggestions. How would a ford 9 inch fit and or work. Or any other ideas of what to run, what is needed and where to find one. Thanks, Steve

Bought my bolt in 9 inch from quick performance.

There are quite a few kits for a bolt in Ford 9" for example Summit Racing sells a few kits for a G Body. You can also get an 8.5" G Body rear that will bolt right in with the only modification being shortening your driveshaft by 1"
