Rear window chrome options

Since your Cutlass has a vinyl top it may have the needed pedestals. I know the '82-88 Montes used the same panel with or with out a vinyl top, they moded them for the trim. That moded panel may be what you have right now.

Turna, I used clips and screw in studs just like those to delete the vinyl top on my Regal. They worked great, I didn't even have to pull the rear glass. I have the 3 piece rear window trim. You can reuse the trunk filler panel, I did. I just cut the studs off and welded up any holes that were drilled.

You should be able to buy those clips and the screw in studs at an auto body supply place, that's where I bought mine.
